Everything that governs your reservation, in plain terms. These terms apply to every session.
Payment is made in full at the time of booking. This reserves your exact date and time.
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. You receive a confirmation email the moment your payment clears.
Cancel 21 or more days before your session and your payment is refunded in full.
Cancel less than 21 days before your session and the payment is non-refundable, as the slot is held for you.
If weather makes the shoot unworkable, we reschedule at no cost to a date that suits you.
If no alternative date works, your payment is refunded in full.
You can change your date and time once, free of charge, up to 14 days before your session.
Inside 14 days the slot is fixed and cannot be moved.
Each package carries a participant limit: up to 6 for Quick Capture, up to 10 for Classic Experience, up to 15 for Premium Session, and up to 16 or more for Signature Journey.
If your group is larger than your chosen package allows, reach out before booking and we will guide you to the right option.
Raw files are not provided. The edited selections are made by the photographer to keep the gallery consistent and true to the style you booked.
Your edited gallery arrives within 72 hours of the session.
